Rental rate :

-         Per day rental            RM   250.00  per unit

-         Per week rental         RM 1,400.00  per unit

-         Two weeks rental      RM 2,000.00 per unit

-         Three weeks rental   RM 2,500.00   per unit

-         Per month rental      RM 2,700.00  per unit

Terms & conditions  : Daily rental

-         Occupancy  -  maximum 6 persons

-         Check in    -    2 pm

-         Check out   -   12noon

-         Security deposit of  RM 100.00 upon check in   

-         Surcharge apply if more than 6 persons staying

-         Booking one day in advance

-         Confirmation once full payment has been made

-         Mode of payment by ONLINE  or  ATM transfer to MAYBANK ACCT NO                     ( 562263516779 )  under ANAKKITA GUEST HOUSE

Terms & conditions : Longer tenancy period

-  Ringgit two thousand seven hundred ( RM 2700.00 ) is required as a security deposit for due      observance and performance by the tenant.

- Ringgit six hundred  ( RM 600.00 ) is required as a  security deposit for electricity and water supply charges.

- Ringgit two thousand seven hundred ( RM 2700.00 ) only being in advance payment of one month rental.

- All the outgoing payments such as the electricity and water charges are to be paid by the tenant  and other outgoing fees such as maintenance , assessment ,quit rent and insurance are to be paid by the landlord during the tenancy period.

- All the security deposits is fully refundable upon the expiring of the tenancy ONLY after due diligent on the condition of the property is done to ensure that there is no damage or any negligence .

- A legal contract of agreement will be provided to ensure the satisfactory and from any part of negligence between both parties during the tenancy period.

* Anakkita Homestay is fully owned by muslim proprietor

* Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the premise.

* Smoking only allowed at balcony area.
